Pimm’s Cup

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka
- 1 oz. Pimm’s
- 2 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- Fever Tree Ginger Ale
- Lemon or lime wedge
Directions
Shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and fill with Fever Tree ginger ale. Top with 2 dashes of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and lemon or lime wedge.
Midwest Cucumber Dill Sour

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka
- 1 oz. Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup*
- 1 eye dropper Bittercube Orange Bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Float thin cucumber wheel and top with fresh Dill sprig for garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka
- ½ oz. Lillet
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- Splash simple syrup, honey, and soda
Directions
Muddle cucumber slices with Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka, syrup, and honey. Build with soda and Lillet. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
*To make simple syrup, combine one cup sugar and one cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool before using.
