Three refreshing cocktails featuring Prairie Cucumber Flavored Organic Vodka

In honor of the fresh, clean flavor of Prairie Cucumber Flavored Organic Vodka, Prairie Organic Spirits is paying homage to some of America's top bartenders and mixologists who have created
signature cocktails using this popular spirit.

Pimm’s Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka 
  • 1 oz. Pimm’s 
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters 
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice 
  • Fever Tree Ginger Ale 
  • Lemon or lime wedge 

Directions
Shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and fill with Fever Tree ginger ale. Top with 2 dashes of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and lemon or lime wedge.

Midwest Cucumber Dill Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka 
  • 1 oz. Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit 
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice 
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup* 
  • 1 eye dropper Bittercube Orange Bitters 

Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Float thin cucumber wheel and top with fresh Dill sprig for garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka 
  •  ½ oz. Lillet 
  •  ½ oz. fresh lime juice 
  •  Splash simple syrup, honey, and soda 

Directions
Muddle cucumber slices with Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka, syrup, and honey. Build with soda and Lillet. Garnish with cucumber wheel.

*To make simple syrup, combine one cup sugar and one cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool before using.
